Executive MBA PROGRAM FORMAT
The classroom modules are held over four days every month, from Thursday morning right through Sunday evening, at the state-of-the-art classrooms in Mumbai. Every EMBA participant needs to record 600 contact hours to graduate. Classes are taught in English and include Indian and US management perspectives provided by faculty from SJMSOM and Olin respectively. Two of the eighteen program modules are taught at Olin Business School’s Charles F. Knight Executive Education & Conference Center on the Washington University campus in St. Louis.
Learning by doing is woven into every aspect of the curriculum. Our participants learn business models, methods, and strategies that they can apply immediately and throughout their careers to tackle organization-wide challenges and opportunities. As a result, they become a systems thinker (the connective tissue of any organization) with the ability to recognize, and the courage to tear down organizational silos that hamper growth.
